The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Real Estate Solutions team as a Fund Analyst. In this role, you will assist our Fund Managers and Senior Analysts in monitoring existing investments and portfolios within our Real Estate Solutions platform. You will also be responsible for underwriting proposed investments and assisting with client reporting.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor existing holdings within the Solutions Investment Platform
• Underwrite proposed new investments and make investment recommendations to the investment committee
• Assist in the management and reporting of client portfolios, ensuring they are positioned to meet performance objectives
• Monitor and review portfolios against risk parameters and other criteria on a regular basis
• Ensure ESG is fully integrated into the investment process and our approach to sustainability is communicated to all clients
• Assist in the drafting of new RFPs and pitching for new mandates

Requirements
• Proactive and motivated individual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
• Commercial acumen and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Real estate investment industry experience and understanding of multi-manager investment, funds, and secondary transactions
