Summary:


We are partnering with a leading Private Equity firm with specialist coverage across the UK and Europe. They specialize in European commercial real estate investment management on behalf of major investors from around the world. The firm is dedicated to consistently delivering performance to its longstanding investor partners.


The firm is now entering a capital raising focus as part of their new Fund, following exceptional success in their prior funds - this will enable further investment activity in the coming years.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the firm's investment criteria and focus, to best position investors.
  • Build relationships with sponsors and utilize relations with institutions as well as boutique partners to secure capital raising to deploy across Europe.
  • Produce and maintain the suite of marketing documents for fund launches and new product launches.
  • Conduct sharp financial analysis to support the capital raising focus.
  • Execute direct property sales, joint ventures, commingled fundraising, and other initiatives.
  • Answer investor queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare pitchbooks, presentations, and financial analysis.
  • Produce investor research, competitor analysis, and presentations.
  • Support investor RFP and due diligence responses.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for existing investors.


Person Specification:


  • Real Estate experience with an analytical capacity - this could be in a general Real Estate analyst/modelling role, or within an IR position.
  • A self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running from day one with little supervision.
  • A Real Estate background is essential.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Fund/Asset/Investment Management.
  • Excellent written skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, both strategic and numerical.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas accurately and concisely.
