About the Job

This exciting opportunity involves working as part of our Fostering Team in Canterbury and Dover, managing a caseload of complex cases and providing expert support to foster carers and kinship carers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in fostering and be able to deliver high-quality training to prospective foster carers.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Team Manager and colleagues to promote our Fostering Service and provide excellent advice and support to applicants. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £38,890 - £44,541 per annum (inclusive of market forces payment), depending on experience.
