About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Assessment Coordinator to join our team at The Chartered Institute of Marketing. As a key member of our Assessment Team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our Awarding Organisation within the Professional Body.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Assessment Manager with the management of examining teams
  • Liaise with Level Verifier and Senior Examiners to coordinate the assessment process
  • Produce Student and Tutor Support Materials
  • Coordinate the work of the Assessment Team
  • Support Assessment Manager with the setting and management of costings against budget allocation
  • Assist in the recruitment, training and management of a team of expert examiners
  • Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external
  • Ensure validity and accuracy of all documents on both student and tutor websites

Requirements:

  • Excellent all-round administration and coordination skills managing and balancing time and tasks
  • Ability to work to deadlines and keep calm under pressure
  • Sound understanding of Exam Centre and Awarding Body admin procedures and processes
  • Excellent communication skills, innovative and open to change
  • Leadership experience
