**The Role**

As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in steering our diverse projects towards successful completion. Positioned within the heart of our Projects Team, you will ensure every project is set up meticulously, monitored consistently, and executed efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

- **Project Coordination and Monitoring**: You will arrange and manage project allocations, keep a vigilant eye on project progress, and highlight and address any emerging issues. Your efforts will keep our workflows efficient and projects well-organised.
- **Administrative Excellence**: Prepare comprehensive project documents, reports, and other essential paperwork. You will also track decisions from meetings, ensuring that action items are clearly documented and followed through.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Actively participate in stakeholder meetings, helping to manage project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Your role is pivotal in ensuring timely project delivery and providing top-notch support for smaller customer engagements.
- **Customer Interaction and Satisfaction**: Maintain regular contact with our customers, fostering loyalty and assessing satisfaction to enhance our service delivery.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**: Ensure adherence to MCS policies and ISO regulations while assessing project risks and providing proactive solutions.
- **Documentation and Resource Management**: You'll be responsible for maintaining detailed project documentation and managing resource schedules effectively.

Your ability to prepare presentation materials, meet deadlines, and provide administrative support will make you an invaluable asset to our team. This role requires a vigilant, organised individual who is ready to handle multiple responsibilities and engage with various stakeholders to ensure the success of our projects.

**Salary**: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
