ENS Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Community Inclusion Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a young adult with learning disabilities and autism to live independently and participate in community activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the individual with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene, tidying, and cooking
  • Accompany the individual to the day centre and community activities
  • Drive the individual's manual car to enable access to the community
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of previous experience in the UK care sector, supporting individuals with mental health issues, severe learning disabilities, and autism
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to drive a manual car
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
