We are a dynamic company, Global Guardians, on a mission to bring empty properties back to life through property guardianship. Our goal is to make empty homes habitable again, and we need a skilled Lettings Agent to help us achieve this.

As a Lettings Agent, you will be responsible for arranging and conducting property viewings, vetting potential residential licensees, and driving to and from viewings. You will also be managing client and guardian relationships and targets through company KPIs.

We are looking for a Lettings Agent with at least 5 years of experience in real estate, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to meet targets and KPIs. If you have a passion for property and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings for residential licensees
  • Vet potential residential licensees
  • Drive to and from viewings
  • Achieve placement KPIs
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Sales and promoting properties effectively
  • Experience in meeting targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management
  • The ability to make informed decisions quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to comprehend information
  • Good organization
Benefits:
  • Base salary: \u00a330,000 per annum, plus \u00a310 commission per successful letting
