We are seeking a Lettings Agent to join our team at Global Guardians, a company dedicated to making empty homes habitable again.

This role is based across London, and offers hybrid working. As a Lettings Agent, you will be responsible for managing Client and Guardian relationships and targets through company KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arranging and conducting property viewings for residential licensees
  • Vetting potential residential licensees
  • Driving to and from viewings
  • Achieving placement KPIs

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in real estate
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service
  • Sales and promoting properties effectively
  • Experience in meeting targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management
  • The ability to make informed decisions quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to comprehend information
  • Good organization

Benefits:

Base salary: £30,000 per annum, plus £10 commission per successful letting.
