About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Repair Specialist to join our team in Peterborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing damaged vehicles to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing vehicle damage and determining the most cost-effective repair methods
- Collaborating with customers and other stakeholders to ensure repairs meet their needs and expectations
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to health and safety protocols
- Continuously improving repair processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience in vehicle repair or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Thatcham repair methods, Audatex, and ATA qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
