About the Role
Surgical Team Leader: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Surgical Team Leader to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our senior nursing staff, you will be responsible for leading and managing clinical teams in a fast-paced environment. Your primary objective will be to ensure high-quality patient care while fostering a positive work culture within the team.

We offer a competitive salary of £44,962 per annum, inclusive of annual leave, pension scheme, and other benefits. Additionally, we provide regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Foster a positive work culture within the team
- Collaborate with doctors, ACPs, AHPs, and management team to achieve departmental objectives
- Participate in research and development projects to improve patient outcomes
- Act as a role model and mentor to junior staff members

To be successful in this role, you must have relevant post-registration experience in surgical nursing (at least 3 years) and proven leadership and management skills. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to continuing professional development.
