Key Responsibilities- Create and optimize CNC programs for punch, press brake, and bending machines
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to develop accurate machining instructions
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize tooling, nesting, and production processes
- Perform tooling and material setups for CNC machines
- Conduct programming simulations and verify program correctness to minimize errors and optimize efficiency
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to machine operators and production personnel
- Previous experience as a CNC Programmer or equivalent
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and cutting
- Knowledge of CNC machine operations, including milling, turning, and multi-axis machining
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- A competitive salary of $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience
