Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior CNC Machinist to join our team. This role involves leading the programming and operations of CNC machines, with a focus on developing and implementing new processes and technologies.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming and operations, with experience working with Trumpf machines. They will be responsible for maintaining the CNC tool library, investigating new developments in punching technology, and assisting in the development and training of new and existing CNC operators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the programming and operations of CNC machines, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
  • Maintain and develop the CNC tool library, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in punching technology.
  • Collaborate with Production Supervisor/Manager and Project Engineers to ensure deadlines are met, and workloads are managed effectively.
  • Develop and implement new processes and technologies to improve production efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming and operations.
  • Experience working with Trumpf machines is essential.
