As a Sports Data Modeling Specialist, you'll leverage data science expertise to craft high-impact models that drive business growth. Our team comprises seasoned sports modeling experts and data science technologists, collaborating to develop innovative solutions that deliver measurable value across our Sportsbook platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and integrate statistical and machine learning models into DS applications.
  2. Develop production-quality code to deploy and run models in a sportsbook environment.
  3. Utilize our MLOps platform to train and productionize ML models.
  4. Foster close collaboration with product, development, QA, and delivery leads to move projects from concept to deployment.
  5. Ensure data flows work as expected and models are well integrated into the larger business context.
Requirements:
  1. Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
  2. Experience building statistical or machine learning models for sports applications.
  3. Sound understanding of data science and statistical modeling principles.
  4. Knowledge of MLOps principles and related tools is a significant asset.
  5. Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  6. PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
