Roof Estimator Required

We are partnering with a leading roofing contractor based near Preston to recruit an experienced Roof Estimator. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and success, with a focus on delivering high-quality construction services to clients across the North West.

As a Roof Estimator, you will be responsible for completing site surveys and inspections to complete tender packages, pricing both company-generated enquiries and incoming tenders, and working closely with the Sales team to prioritise tasks and achieve sales objectives. You will also need to have a good understanding of construction pricing and estimating software, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as an Estimator, with strong IT skills and a full driving licence. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Estimator to join our client's team and take advantage of a competitive salary of £40,000, plus additional benefits including an annual bonus scheme (up to 10% of salary), enrolment into a company pension scheme, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, and free parking.
