Job Overview

Agility Resoucing is a leading provider of financial services, and we are seeking a talented Graduate Financial Services Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clients with expert advice on managing their finances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of financial advisers to deliver exceptional client service
  • Developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets and grow revenue
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Providing training and guidance to junior staff members

The successful candidate will have a 2:1 or above degree in a relevant subject, such as accountancy, business, maths, or economics. You will also need to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Salary Information

£45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
