We are seeking a dedicated cover supervisor to join TeacherActive as an educational professional in Southport. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with students and possess strong classroom management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teaching staff by delivering high-quality lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and other school staff to ensure seamless integration into the school community.
Requirements:
  • CACHE LEVEL 2/3 or 6 months experience in a similar role.
  • Flexibility to work throughout the school day, covering various departments and age ranges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £40,000 per annum.
  • A supportive team of consultants available 24/7 to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.

About the Role:

This temporary education support position involves supporting teaching staff, communicating effectively, and maintaining a positive learning environment. Ideal candidates will have CACHE LEVEL 2/3 or equivalent experience and excellent communication skills.

The estimated salary range for this role is £30,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting teachers and ensuring a seamless transition in the classroom.
