**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Radiographer to join our team at the Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle, UK. This is a Band 5 position within the Diagnostic Imaging department, offering up to 57.75 hours of work per week.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to move and manipulate radiology equipment safely. **Salary Details**

This role comes with a competitive salary of approximately £38,430 per annum, reflecting the local market rate for this position in the Carlisle area. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Radiographer in our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services to patients, participating in research and audit initiatives to enhance service quality, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care. Your expertise in MRI and/or CT technology will be invaluable in delivering exceptional patient experiences and contributing to the advancement of radiography practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you must possess a degree in radiography or an equivalent qualification, hold HCPC registration, and demonstrate relevant postgraduate certification. A certificate of competence in IV administration is desirable but not essential. Our ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic radiography skills, proficiency in continuing professional development, and knowledge of trust policies and procedures.
