Key Responsibilities

  • Client Feedback: Handle client and stakeholder feedback with professionalism, making necessary adjustments to the creative work.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Main Point of Contact: Act as the main point of contact for creative discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Presentation: Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients, articulating the design rationale and strategic thinking behind them.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and feedback are incorporated into the creative process.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across different media (digital, print, branding, etc.).
  • Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organisation: Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creative excellence.
Bonus Skills
  • UX/UI Design: Experience with UX/UI design and familiarity with tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Video Production: Knowledge of video production, animation, and motion graphics.
  • Web Design: Familiarity with web design and basic coding skills (HTML, CSS).
  • Marketing: Understanding of marketing.
