About the Role

Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infotainment Testing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our infotainment systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of internal and external testing and integration specialists to deliver high-quality infotainment systems.
  • Testing and Integration: Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure the quality and functionality of infotainment systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, software development, and manufacturing to ensure seamless integration and delivery of infotainment systems.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing and integration processes.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular reports and documentation to stakeholders on testing progress, results, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in infotainment testing and integration, with a strong background in automotive development systems and test frameworks.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of CAN tools, LIN/CAN/Automotive Ethernet, electronics/software and hardware design, and automation toolsets.
  • Behavioral Competencies: Excellent communication and influencing skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
