About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Lecturer to join our team at The Bedford College Group. As a Lecturer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students, helping them to achieve their academic and professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning materials for Business-related subjects.
  • Assess and provide feedback to students on their progress and performance.
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment materials.
  • Participate in marketing and promotion activities to support our Business programs.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent in a Business-related subject.
  • PGCE or Cert Ed qualification or willingness to work towards.
  • English and mathematics at GCSE grade A-C (4 or above) or equivalent.
  • Recent professional updating in Business teaching and learning.
  • Experience teaching and assessing Business programs in an FE environment.
