As a Financial Services Operations Specialist with the Aztec Group, you will play a key role in facilitating the efficient processing of new account opening applications for our clients across the Group. This position requires adherence to our Account Opening framework and involves working closely with internal teams to resolve any issues related to account opening.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance to Customer Service Teams on account opening requirements and assisting them through the process.
  • Collecting and verifying necessary documentation for new account applications.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to regulatory requirements and our internal account opening framework.
  • Ensuring accurate input of customer information into our system or bank forms to minimize errors.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams to resolve any issues related to account opening.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a discretionary bonus scheme, flexible working, generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, private medical insurance, permanent health insurance, life assurance, worldwide travel insurance, ability to work abroad for up to 3 weeks per annum, regular social events, health and wellbeing programmes, and significant investment into your personal and professional development.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a banking and/or onboarding role, basic knowledge of CDD/AML, and experience in the Financial Services industry. A positive and proactive approach, computer literacy skills, interpersonal skills, strong customer service skills, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
