About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Luxury Brand Ambassador for Creed at Selfridges, Oxford Street, London. This is a part-time role, requiring 2 days, 15 hours per week.

Purpose of the Role

As a Luxury Brand Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the prestige of the House of Creed and delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Your primary objective is to share knowledge and passion about our brand and products, drive sales, and maintain the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our brand, including fragrances, ingredients, and heritage, to effectively engage customers and drive sales.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences and foster brand loyalty.
  • Visual Presentation: Ensure our retail space reflects the luxury of our brand through impeccable visual merchandising standards.
