At the House of Creed, we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Luxury Brand Ambassador to join our team in Selfridges Oxford Street, London. As a key representative of our luxury brand, you will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled customer experience, sharing knowledge and passion about our brand and products, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our brand, including fragrances, ingredients, and heritage, to effectively engage customers and drive sales.
- Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective storytelling of product features and benefits.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences and foster brand loyalty.
- Visual Presentation: Ensure our retail space reflects the luxury of our brand through impeccable visual merchandising standards.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Passion for the luxury brand and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Passion for fragrance or beauty products is a plus.
- Mandarin language proficiency is highly beneficial and will be considered a significant advantage to interact more effectively with our diverse customer base.
