Job Title: Senior Financial Manager

Location: Crewe Based

Job Type: Permanent

Salary:£25 per hour (Umbrella)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff and providing specialist financial advice to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management: Organise and manage the work of a team of staff to ensure effective delivery of financial services.
  2. Financial Planning: Prepare expenditure estimates, capital programmes, and revenue budgets to ensure compliance with statutory obligations and corporate standards.
  3. Performance Monitoring: Advise on performance against budget and other targets, and implement remedial actions as necessary.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and investigate areas of potential financial risk, and advise on actions to mitigate these risks.
  5. Special Investigations: Participate in special investigations and resource projects to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Financial Analysis: Analyse and evaluate financial information to inform management decisions.
  7. Procedure Development: Devise and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient delivery of financial services.
  8. Training and Advice: Provide training and advice on financial systems and procedures to improve service delivery.
