About Opogo:

We are a leading educational staffing and support agency dedicated to connecting talented education professionals with schools and educational institutions. Our mission is to provide high-quality support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We partner with various SEND schools to ensure every child receives the education and care they deserve.

The Role:

We seek passionate and dedicated Graduates SEND Teaching Assistants to join our network. Successful candidates will support the learning and development of students with SEND, working closely with teachers and other professionals in our partner schools.

  1. Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored educational activities for students with SEND.
  2. Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of teachers and special educators.
  3. Support students during school activities, outings, and events.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SEND and inclusive education practices.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the school and students.
