Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. This includes identifying and building relationships with prospective clients in the finance, fintech, compliance, gaming, and blockchain sectors.
Build and Maintain Client RelationshipsCollaborate with the CEO to ensure sales strategies align with the company's overarching goals. Partner with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery.
Lead the Sales CycleManage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Report on Sales PerformanceReport on sales performance, pipeline progress, and key metrics to the executive team.
Requirements- 10+ Years of Sales Experience
10+ years of sales experience, particularly within software engineering or enterprise software services.
Proven Sales Track RecordProven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, especially in selling software engineering services.
Strong Network and Leadership SkillsStrong network and ability to independently sell high-value software services projects. Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
Business Acumen and Communication SkillsDeep understanding of the software services industry, including current market trends and demands. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with an ability to tailor these to different service offerings.
Self-Driven and ProactiveSelf-driven with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, taking the initiative to drive sales. Highly proactive, goal-focused, and driven to succeed in a service-based sales environment.
