We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary Neurocare team at Inspire Neurocare. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to residents with complex neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care.
- Source and recommend specialist equipment to support residents' physical needs.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive care environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience as a Physiotherapist in a specialist neurological care environment.
