About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary Neurocare team at Inspire Neurocare. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to residents with complex neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care.
  • Source and recommend specialist equipment to support residents' physical needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive care environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience as a Physiotherapist in a specialist neurological care environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose conditions and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
