Arbuthnot Yon, a household name and global organisation, is seeking a 3+ PQE commercial contracts lawyer to join their in-house team. This is an excellent opportunity to upskill into more complex, high-value strategic contracts and work closely with stakeholders to develop meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating new projects, as well as supporting existing projects and future-proofing them
  • Working closely with the legal team to provide expert advice and guidance
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
