About the Role

As a Commercial Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial contracts. You will work closely with our stakeholders to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including bespoke agreements and large-scale projects
  • Providing expert advice on contract law and commercial agreements
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement contract management strategies
  • Managing and resolving contract-related issues and disputes
