Nanny Bears Childcare Assistant Job Description
We're seeking a supportive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lunchtime Assistant. In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for our children during meal times. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the staff team during main meal times
  • Cover staff lunch breaks and promote children's independence

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a childcare setting (preferably 1 year)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to use initiative and create engaging activities
