Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing talent acquisition processes, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Utilizing Avature ATS to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external candidates.

Requirements and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
