Job Description

In this role, you will work as a Manufacturing Engineer in our Edinburgh office, primarily 5 days a week. You will be responsible for introducing new processes to the facility, creating documentation, sourcing tooling and fixtures, and training staff.

You will also monitor and report on quality KPIs, lead process improvements, and bring an autonomous mindset to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong industry experience in Electronics Manufacturing environments
  • A background in Electronics
  • PCBA & Box Build experience would be highly beneficial
  • Experience in New Product Introduction
  • A strong continuous improvement mindset and ability to optimize processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead a small team
