Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance and Reporting Director to join our Manchester Defence team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving performance reporting and project controls process improvements, ensuring efficient delivery of high-profile projects and programmes.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing performance management plans, embedding and rolling out changes to Performance and Reporting processes, and promoting benefits and requirements within project and programme teams. You will also lead implementation and change controlling reporting hierarchies and approaches, define KPIs and performance measures dictionary, and train and coach clients and team members on performance and reporting management processes.

Required Skills:

  • Practical experience in implementing Earned Value Management, progress reporting, forecasting, and performance reporting and analysis
  • Understanding how Project Controls aspects interact with reporting
  • Basic familiarity with Project Controls software (Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys)
  • Experience using data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI)

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
