Job Title: Safeguarding, Welfare and Attendance Manager

About the Role:
Academics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safeguarding, Welfare and Attendance Manager to join their team in Basingstoke. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the welfare and safety of students with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) and autistic spectrum condition (ASC).

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective safeguarding and attendance protocols
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure student well-being
- Provide guidance and support to students, parents and carers on safeguarding and attendance issues

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a safeguarding or attendance role
- GCSE Maths and English grades between A-C
- Good understanding of attendance protocols and safeguarding procedures
