Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Complex Care Coordinator to join our team in Southampton. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic provider of complex care packages, specialising in paediatric complex care.

As a Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to clients and their families, while creating personalised care plans that meet their unique needs. You will work closely with a core team of carers, training and supporting them to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create bespoke care plans that cater to the individual needs of each client
  • Effective team management to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
  • Delivery of nursing interventions, including medication management and tracheostomy care
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS

Requirements:

  • RSCN with active NMC PIN
  • A supportive management style that empowers employees
  • Experience in tracheostomy care and ventilator management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Suitable for Band 5/6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management
  • Fully qualified driver required

Benefits:
