Job Title: Reward Manager

Are you looking for a challenging role that will allow you to make a real impact on employee engagement and motivation?

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Manager to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing reward packages that drive employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the annual salary review process, including project planning, pay band benchmarking, and providing support to the Head of HR Operations, HR Business Partners, and Advisors.
  • Help implement variable pay schemes for employees and partners.
  • Lead reporting capabilities for HR systems, generating regular reports and addressing additional information requests.
  • Help maintain and update our HR system.
  • Manage legal reporting requirements, such as gender pay gap reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
