Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and driving the digital marketing strategy to optimize brand awareness, trial, and customer targeting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to achieve lead generation and e-commerce sales targets.
  • Manage and develop our website (UX and online journey) to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Optimize our social media presence to increase engagement and awareness.
  • Measure and report on digital marketing performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Requirements
  • Graduate calibre with appropriate marketing qualifications.
  • Experience of marketing automation & CRM (Hubspot experience an advantage).
  • Strong CMS experience and management of company website.
  • A social media native used to managing and developing corporate platforms.
  • IT skills (Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external parties at all levels.
