About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist Team Lead to join our physiotherapy department within a private hospital on the outskirts of Chelmsford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of the out-patient physiotherapy service, working across a caseload of orthopaedic patients, and implementing service delivery projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the out-patient physiotherapy service, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective service delivery.
  • Work across a caseload of orthopaedic patients, including surgical and medical cases.
  • Implement service delivery projects, coordinating training, reviewing patient documentation, and conducting audits.
  • Assist the Physiotherapy Manager in ensuring the service is safe and effective.
  • Deliver an outstanding level of care to patients, prioritizing their needs and well-being.
Requirements
  • HCPC and CPS registration with no restrictions or conditions.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • Minimum of 3 years post-graduate out-patient experience in the UK.
  • Experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a private hospital setting.
  • Previous experience in MSK Physiotherapy and orthopaedics.
  • Experience in clinical audits and utilizing outcome tools.
  • Excellent understanding of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice and Rules of Professional Conduct.
