Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Support Professional to join our team at a Secondary school in Richmond. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across Key Stages 3 and 4. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in supporting students with SpLD, such as dyslexia, and be proactive in their approach.

A professional, friendly approach is essential, as well as enthusiasm and resilience when dealing with challenging behaviour. The successful candidate will join a supportive and experienced team, with ongoing training opportunities throughout the year. The school is located near a mainline train station, with good bus route links and parking available on site and surrounding streets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with SEN children aged 11-16
- Professional, friendly approach
- Enthusiastic and resilient
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is £22,000-£28,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
