Construction Director

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading all pre-construction activities from award to delivery.
Your primary objective will be to manage the design, planning, programming, procurement, placement, and management of plant, labour & material orders on each project. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the successful delivery of projects and maintain a strong relationship with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Manage the pre-construction process from award to delivery
\u2022 Develop and implement project plans and schedules
\u2022 Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
\u2022 Manage budgets and resources to ensure project profitability
\u2022 Collaborate with the site operations team to ensure smooth project delivery

Our client is a specialist sub-contractor with over 20 years of experience in the commercial and residential sectors in the Midlands and South Yorkshire area. They offer a range of services including curtain walling, glazing, aluminium windows, and door packages.
