Construction Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Construction Manager to join our team at Nicholas Associates. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading all pre-construction activities, from award to delivery, ensuring seamless project execution.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work closely with the management team to manage the design, planning, programming, procurement, placement, and management of plant, labour & material orders on each project. Your goal will be to maximise the financial position of each contract while maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
About the Company
Nicholas Associates is a specialist sub-contractor with over 20 years of experience in the commercial & residential sectors in the Midlands & South Yorkshire area. Our scope of works includes the design, procurement, management & installation of Curtain Walling, Glazing, Aluminium Windows & Door packages.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all pre-construction activities, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery * Manage the design, planning, programming, procurement, placement, and management of plant, labour & material orders * Collaborate with the management team to maximise the financial position of each contract * Maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders Requirements
* Excellent knowledge of Curtain Walling, Glazing, Aluminium Windows & Doors contracting * Strong leadership and project management skills * Ability to work closely with the management team and clients * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer
