Risk Management Specialist - OTC Trading

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Partners Group. With a presence in 20 offices worldwide and serving over 800 institutional investors globally, we are a leading global financial institution. Our assets under management exceed $2 billion.

This role involves managing the end-to-end onboarding process for OTC trading documentation, correspondence, and regulatory information in support of the Treasury Trading desk. You will coordinate the onboarding process for OTC trading arrangements, including document management and regulatory information capture, and maintain the project management framework for the entire pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage global regulatory reporting documentation (primarily EMIR) processes and procedures, collaborating with internal operations teams.
  • Develop an understanding of key agreements and the regulatory framework applicable to the Public Markets business.
  • Draft and maintain policies and standard procedures.
  • Proactively identify risks and detect operational escalation needs.
  • Protect the firm from regulatory breaches arising from public market trading activities.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • Good understanding of FX, ISDAs, EMIR regulatory reporting or a strong willingness and ability to learn.
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills, proficiency in Excel.
  • A strong work ethic with a professional demeanor and the ability to work with limited supervision in a busy and sometimes pressurized trading desk environment.
