Senior HR Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Chorley. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a successful and market-leading business and take advantage of genuine career prospects within a multi-national organisation.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 CIPD qualification and experience in HR operations. They will be able to work closely with the HR Business Partner and other stakeholders to provide essential support to employees on-site.
As part of this role, you will be required to travel to various sites in the region to meet with senior leadership teams and build relationships. Flexibility to travel is therefore essential.
This is a fast-paced role that requires a proactive, resilient, and self-motivated individual who is able to think positively and communicate effectively. The successful candidate will also have a pragmatic and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
About the Role:
This is a key role within the HR team and will involve providing support to the HR Business Partner and wider HR and management teams with 1st line HR queries. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner and other stakeholders to ensure the day-to-day management and support is available to employees on-site.
Requirements:
- Level 3 CIPD qualification is required.
- Experience in HR operations is essential.
- Flexibility to travel to various sites in the region is required.
- Ability to think positively and communicate effectively.
- Pragmatic and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Estimated Salary: £39,000 - £43,000 per annum
