**Early Years Education Support Specialist**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Education Support Specialist to join our team and provide support to children with special educational needs (SEN) in a Reception Class setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide individualized support to children with SEN, facilitating their learning and development in a nurturing environment.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to develop and implement tailored educational plans, ensuring the needs of SEN students are met.
  • Support students with personal care, communication, and social interaction, promoting their overall well-being and inclusion.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging children to feel valued and supported.
  • Work closely with the SENCO and other professionals to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies.
**Requirements:**
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN, preferably in an Early Years setting.
  • A caring and empathetic nature, with the ability to build strong relationships with children and their families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of all children.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in supporting children with SEN would be advantageous.
