Clinical Psychologist Fellow

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Fellow in Clinical Psychology to join our team at the Centre for Psychological Therapies. This is a unique short-term opportunity to contribute to clinical supervision, placement support, core teaching, and service delivery.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide clinical cover during the centre's operational times, including daytime and evenings. Some evening work may be required, and flexibility will be appreciated.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and support to students on placement
- Contribute to core teaching and service delivery at the Centre for Psychological Therapies
- Work effectively as a member of a team and take responsibility for organizing your own activities and managing allocated resources
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Psychology, Nursing, Social Work)
- Postgraduate qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology, or postgraduate qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (working towards accreditation as a CBT Therapist)
- Experience and expertise in CBT with children and young people (desirable)
- Experience and expertise of supervising others using a CBT model (desirable)
- Experience and expertise in delivery of teaching and training in CBT (desirable)
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing risk in a range of clinical settings (desirable)
- Experience of working in a university setting
- Experience of supporting students on placement at a placement agency
