Foot Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Podiatry Healthcare Professional to join our team at Totally. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients within HMP settings.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will be expected to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:- To assess capacity, gain valid informed consent and have the ability to work within a legal framework with patients who lack capacity to consent to treatment.
- To deliver a wide range of podiatric treatments including nail surgery, MSK/biomechanics, wound care, diabetes care and routine care based on the patients needs and agreed management plan.
- To provide advice and instruction to patients to facilitate and encourage appropriate self-care as appropriate.
- A competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum.
