Job Summary:

This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Oversee financial management, including expense tracking and cost optimization.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, addressing issues proactively to minimize delays.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management within creative industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience working with project management tools, such as Asana or Excel.
