Job Opportunity: Swimming Instructor
We are seeking a qualified Swimming Instructor to join our team at Horsenden Primary School. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering a successful 'Learn to Swim' programme to our clients.
About the Role:
- Work collaboratively with other Swimming Instructors to deliver a successful 'Learn to Swim' programme.
- Carry out administrative duties to support, monitor, and assess progress.
About You:
- Qualified to a minimum of ASA/UKCC Level 2 Certificate for Teaching Aquatics or ASA Level 2 Certificate for Coaching Swimming.
- Ideal candidate will be a passionate and experienced Swimming Instructor with a track record of working well with small groups and whole classes.
- Flexible and able to work as part of a team to improve outcomes for pupils.

The Swim School is run as part of the Primary School and is committed to professional development for all staff. Support and development through an effective appraisal system and regular feedback from monitoring.
