Apprentice Retail Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Retail Supervisor at Farmfoods. As a key member of our shop team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the management of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all customers.
  • Assist with the management of stock, including receiving deliveries and maintaining a tidy and organized store environment.
  • Support the team in completing daily and weekly routines, ensuring the shop is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Operate the tills, handle cash, and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience.
Requirements:
  • A friendly, positive, and hardworking approach to work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.50 from day one.
