Catering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead our culinary team at Shire Oaks Court, a care home part of Exemplar Health Care. As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the kitchen, preparing and serving food, and ensuring that your team complies with food hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the kitchen team and ensure that they receive induction, training, and support as required.
• Develop and implement menus that cater to the dietary needs of our residents.
• Ensure that all food is prepared and served to a high standard.
• Manage the kitchen budget and ensure that all purchases are within budget.
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team to provide excellent service.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and has experience in managing a kitchen team. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a flair for creating delicious and nutritious meals.
